Remaining payment must be cleared before departure.
Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.
– If Client Cancels:
– 7+ days before trip → 100% refund
– 3–6 days before → 50% refund
– 0–2 days → No refund
If Company Cancels:
– Full refund or trip rescheduled
– Refund method: Cash, Online Transfer
Transport depends on group size (Coaster, Hiace, Grand Cabin).
Seats are allotted on a rotation basis for fairness.
No guaranteed seat request is accepted.
Luggage limit: 1 small bag per person.
Meals included as per itinerary (Breakfast / Dinner).
Extra meals, mineral water, snacks not included unless mentioned.
Hygiene and quality ensured but may vary due to remote areas
Participants must follow Team Leader / Guide instructions.
No drugs, alcohol, or illegal items allowed.

Weather/road conditions may cause:

Participants must cooperate with the team for safety.
Inform team of any medical condition before traveling.
First aid will be available.
Company is not financially liable for medical treatment.
Serious emergencies may lead to itinerary changes.
Company is not responsible for loss/damage of:
